We purchased these to go in our shampoo cubbies in our new shower. Because the back of the cubby has tile with grout, instead of solid tile, a suction cup soap holder wouldn't work. These are a little slippery, but they have kept our soap off of the shower floor. They move around a little bit, but if you don't touch them - simply take your soap off and put it back on - they stay in place. Great option!I wanted a bamboo soap holder, but learned they mold with time, so I’m glad I found these as an alternative! I love the design and color options, and so far, it’s been working great in my bathroom as it holds my bar soap!I hate soap sitting in it’s own watery mess. I don’t use soap, my husband does and it drives me nuts to see muddy soap. I bought this for the shower. The water drains off and into the tub and so far it’s a great product.A simple design soap dish for use in my shower. I like the fact that it holds the soap at an angle. It also doesn't take up much space on the shower shelf.The chemical smell is too strong. I've never purchased anything silicone that had such a strong smell. Wish I had gone with hard plastic.This silicone soap dish is the best accessory I have added to my shower. I had a bamboo one before, and before the bamboo, I had a regular soap dish with suction on the bottom. All of them created a mess in the shower with running soap water down the shower walls, and messy mushy soap in the dish from sitting in water.Mushy messy soaps no more!!! Now my shower stays clean and my soap dry because this silicone soap dish allows the water to drain keeping the soap from swimming in water.It comes with a set of two. I only needed one, so the other is saved for later when this is no longer usable. I was also very impressed at the presentation of this product. It comes in a very nice bag a small hanger which can be attached anywhere you wish with adhesive tape. I am using mine in the laundry room to hand damp cleaning towels to dry.Great value for a great product.This is perfect in my shower as I have cubby hole that it fits in that has a rough enough texture to keep it in place. I used the second silicone soap dish at my sink. The self-draining works great, I can see it draining down into the basin. Fits a standard bar of soap.My one gripe that makes it almost perfect is that it needs some sort of raised edge. More than once, my soap simply slipped off the sides. As long as you are very careful with it, it works great.Nice to keep your soaps dry. Had a problem with my husband’s soap (yeah he likes store bought while I make my own soaps) not lasting that much because it laid flat and water accumulates where he keeps it. Not anymore! Now it drains easily and dries fast so it last longer and of course… $$avings! Easy to clean, it is sturdy but yet can be bended for easy cleaning. Very recommended.
