The bottles came in taped to prevent leakage. I mixed a bit and it was very easy. It is mixed BY WEIGHT. You have to use a scale. Improper mixing will not have good results! All the negative comments are from improper mixing and NOT KNOWING the product is sold by WEIGHT. Of course the bottles wont be full! YOU AREN'T GETTING SHORTED! YOU ARENT GETTING USED PRODUCT! Instead of leaving nasty reviews, you could always contact the company FROM THE BUSINESS CARD IN THE BOX!!This is a very good product. I will be ordering more.
