It's kind of confusing on how to use it based on other photos I've seen uploaded. At first, I thought I was supposed to rest the soap on the bag like a dish. But then I read this was an exfoliating product, so I decided to toss the soap into the bag and added water. Heck, the bag actually foams up despite the soap being on the inside! So you can use the bag w/the soap in the bag to clean yourself with. It's really neat because I use an olive oil based soap, and it doesn't create suds. So this really helps a lot. It's too wasteful to use on my actual loofah because I would need to wash the loofah out when I'm done wasting the soap. This soap bag saves the suds in the fibers for next use like a soap saver + loofah in 1.I would said it's exfoliating strength is like 5/10 compared to a full on loofah. I don't mind it though, just keep it in mind.
